These Beautiful Vintage Mother of Pearl American Indian – Zuni Tribe, Hand Carved and Inlayed Bird Cameos are joined with a 1940’s Jewel. And 18 Carat Gold Earpost.

The Zuni believe that the bird was a messenger of the spirits. Birds Represent Devotion, Loving Relationships, Courtship and Monogamy between Couples.

 The Zuni Indian Jewelry is well known for their Amazing Stone Cutting Techniques, and the use of Turquoise, Shells and Small Stones to Meld their Designs One by One.

Each Cameo has been Hand Made using Natural Stones, and therefore all Cameos Will be Slightly Different. All Ghost and Lola pieces are handmade in our Australian studio from rare vintage and found elements in very limited quantities. Once gone, cannot be repeated.
